Findr is a mobile app that helps you keep track of your valuables.
Key Features
Personal Item Inventory
A user can register an item of value by placing a QR code sticker on it and scanning the QR code on the mobile app.
Lost and Found system
When an item is lost, the finder can scan the QR code on it using the app to contact the owner. The app has a built-in chat system to let the owner and the findr talk without giving away too much personal information and limit interaction within the context of the lost item.
Contribution & Tech Stack
This project was part of the requirements for the KSE 624 (Mobile and Pervasive Computing) course in KAIST (Spring 2016). I did the full stack implementation in android. The UI is based on material design and had used Firebase for authentication and real-time database.
